Can I switch plans later as my business grows?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time, we’ll help you transition without disrupting your workflows or data.

What is an active customer profile?

An active customer profile refers to an individual contact stored in your account, along with all of that contact’s customer data: events, preferences, profile properties, and more. You can think of each profile as a digital file on a specific contact. Profiles can be one of two statuses—active or paused.

— Active profiles are any profiles that are able to be emailed. Your number of active profiles is a factor in the plan you choose.

— Paused profiles are profiles that cannot be emailed but still store all the relevant customer data. These profiles are not a factor in pricing.

What happens if the number of active profiles exceeds my current plan limit?

As your database continues to grow, you will automatically be upgraded to a plan according to your profile count. Utilize bLoyal’s automatic stale profile remover to ensure you are only paying for profiles that are providing value.

How does pricing work if I have more than 250,000 active customer profiles? Or if I am a high volume email or SMS user?

What is a credit?

A credit can be 1 SMS segment (Link to support article), a POS alert, or a web alert.

What happens if I send more emails than what’s available in my plan?

If you use more credits than your current plan has, you will be charged accordingly. Meaning, if you are over the credits, for that month you will be charged to the level of emails sent, and the next month you will be moved back to the original account settings.

Can I use SMS or email independently, or do I need to purchase both?

Every plan includes email, and SMS messaging can be added separately. If you need more volume, you can scale email and SMS on their own.

Are there limits on campaigns or segments?

No. Email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and segmentation are unlimited across all plans.

Can I run automated customer journeys?

Absolutely. Starter includes pre-built journeys, while Plus and Max allow you to create fully custom automations that match your strategy.

Will I need a developer to use your platform?

No. Our tools are designed to be easy to use without technical experience. Developers are only needed for advanced integrations via API.

Does your platform integrate with my POS or existing tools?

Yes. We integrate with leading POS systems and offer API access (Plus and Max plans) for custom integrations.
